A Life's Work

Following her passion for nurturing others through food, Lydia opened a small raw food deli in Fairfax, California. She helped people by offering food that was consciously selected and prepared with love. She continued to cultivate her conscious cuisine both at her restaurant and at festivals from San Francisco to Maui.

Lydia is proud to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing nourishing and at the same time supporting the organic farmer and the living Earth's ecology.

In addition to offering her dehydrated line of products, Lydia wanted to capture some of the exciting fresh foods that she offers at fairs, festivals, events, and in her catering services. The packaged fresh foods line was conceived and came together easily. Lydia chose some of the dishes that were both popular and had a bit more shelf life, she combined them with the most environmentally responsible packaging possible and thus was born our Lydia's Lovin' Foods line.
